Scope
This roadmap defines delivery phases and boundary conditions for v1.

Invariants
- Each phase must preserve previously enforced guardrails.
- Scope expansion must reference ADRs when architecture changes.
Failure Modes
- Roadmap drift from unmanaged custom requests.
- Phase overlap without clear exit criteria.
Out of Scope
- Customer launch commitments and commercial timelines.
- Internal staffing and budget allocations.
